The Edify team received an overwhelming response from the School Leaders for orienting them.
Edify has designed the School Leaders Orientation Program to be an Enlightening program. Our vision is to ensure that the New School Leaders are prepared for the challenges of the school and well-equipped to benefit their stake holders of their school. We work collaboratively & proactively with all the schools to achieve high-quality teaching & learning in the schools.
The vision of Edify affirms our passion for developing School Leaders for being part of an extraordinary & inspirational movement of schools within the Education Industry.
This vision is mirrored in our objective for the orientation this year as School Leadership is nothing but a Team Approach.
We explore notions of leadership and many roles that a school leader plays. We then move beyond leadership to the concept of influence and its implications for leadership actions.
The change in the education has also reflected in educational research, especially changes in our understanding of effective schools and leaders.
The various sessions on School Management & Academic Administration sessions included were to equip the School Leaders to drive the Edify’s proprietary program called 3C and operational strategies of delivering the same successfully.
We had, hands-on sessions that explored topics that are application-oriented, few of them were ‘The Stepping Stone’, ‘The Recruitment & HRM - The selection Process’, ‘HRD – A key to Stability’, ‘Branding Consciousness’ , ‘Admission Core’ , ‘The Successful 365 days’, ‘FUSE’ , ‘Innovative Programs @ Edify’, &‘The Quality Check – Academic Monitoring’ these are dynamic sessions that help stimulate thought and drive discussion on the need to fundamentally change our approach to successfully drive the schools through creativity, sensitivity, and understanding. The line-up of sessions certainly kept up the promise for the sessions to be interesting, thought-provoking and relevance.
School Leaders were made familiar with various SOP’s &formats of academics & administrative etc. Last but not the least they were equipped to be as ‘Affluent Leaders’.
Both the participants and the facilitators cherished the idea of working together for success. The entire Edify head office is surely looking forward to the next chance to meet its community members again.
